Welcome to our Feel Good Friday page!

In our busy lives, when do we take time for ourselves, to recharge our batteries? ¬†Very often we’re so busy doing stuff for others, we just don’t take care of ourselves. ¬†Sometimes we only pay attention to our needs when we’re forced to slow down by illness or another event. ¬†Feel Good Friday is an opportunity for us to take some time for ourselves, spend an hour with some lovely people, learning ways¬†to nurture ourselves and sharing our experiences so we can also learn from each other.

What is Feel Good Friday all about?

Feel Good Friday is an hour of wellbeing designed to help you learn how to nurture yourself and ease you into the weekend.

When are they?

Friday’s at 09:00 – 10:00 – normally at the Old Salon on The Batch in Ashcott but check the relevant Event as sometimes we go walkabout!

What happens at one?

Typically, we gather at 9:00 and start with a coffee, tea (builders or herbal there’s plenty of choice) and cake or healthier snack whilst we check in with how we are and meet any new members. ¬†Then we do an activity such as a relaxation exercise, mindful eating challenge, hand reflexology and so on before finishing with a breathing exercise to chill us out and re-energize us for the going back to our lives.

I’d like to come along but don’t know anyone….

We are a very friendly group and we often have different people joining us for a session or a series depending on their commitments so come along, we look forward to meeting you! 

How much does it cost?

£5 per person and includes all refreshments and activities

Can children come along?

During term time this is an hour to relax without children but in the holidays, special sessions are run for families – please check the relevant Facebook Events for more details.
